FAQs

  • What is included in your dumpster rental?
    Dropping off a dumpster Permission to use the dumpster according to our guidelines Picking up the dumpster Hauling Fees
  • What items are prohibited in the dumpsters?
    Hazardous materials, batteries, asbestos, harmful chemicals, flammable liquids and more are considered environmental hazards and should not go in any dumpster. Paints, tires, and tree stumps are also not allowed. At all times, you retain ownership of everything you place in the dumpster. We only transport your items and never takes ownership or title for your items. Liability for all items loaded in the dumpster remains with the customer as stated in and agreed to in the Terms and Conditions of service.   • What items might we take with prior approval and could be subject to additional charges?
    Concrete, Appliances, Bricks, Rocks, Masonry, Soil, Mattresses. See our Dumpsters page for a full list of prohibited and restricted materials.
  • How Might I Incur Additional Charges? Please call for additional information
    Excess Weight – Please do not put loads of concrete, rock or dirt in the dumpster. Unauthorized movement of the dumpster Tires, mattresses,appliances w/ freon mixed in with trash, hazardous material, or liquids.
  • Will the trailer damage my driveway?
    The benefit of our trailers is that they have rubber tires, which will not tear up your driveway or leave rust.
  • Can I get a discount if I schedule an early dumpster pickup?
    Sorry, our prices are firm. However, if you are finished loading the dumpster earlier than the contracted pickup date, you can just call us and schedule an early pick up.
  • Can you help me load the dumpster?
    Sorry no, we ourselves only handle delivery and pickup of the dumpster.
  • What If I Need To Change or Cancel My Order?
    A 24-hour notice is required. If your notification is not received in advance of 24 hours, there is a $100 cancellation or rescheduling fee.
  • Do I need to be home when the dumpster is delivered?
    No, we do not require you to be home. All our paperwork needed for delivery is completed before we deliver the dumpster.
  • Can I move the dumpster?
    No! For safety and liability purposes you are not permitted to move our dumpster container – you are only permitted to load your items into our dumpster container. We will communicate during scheduling phase, where the dumpster will be placed.
